Virtual therapy sessions will be conducted with individuals experiencing symptoms of anxiety or depression. After the initial consultation and analysis, our trained therapists will then be able to create a personalized plan that will provide an in-depth analysis of what leads an individual to feel anxious or depressed and coping strategies that will help eradicate the circumstances that lead one to feel anxious or depressed. For each session scheduled, our trained therapists will be there to provide their expertise and support.

After the initial consultation and analysis, the therapist will develop relaxation techniques to help the client build up their durability to manage stress effectively.
